Why is Planet Belltopia currently at High Alert Rate 7?

Planet Belltopia is currently at High Alert Rate 7. The reason this planet is in such a state of distress is that it is difficult to sustain life on a planet which consists completely of styrofoam. Much of the planet is subject to massive floods because none of the water that falls onto the planet surface can seep underground because the styrofoam is impenetrable.

Another problem is that the North and South Poles of the planet are colder than that of planet Earth because styrofoam traps cold air and sustains the ice. The ice accumulates and the glaciers become massive. The glaciers are start at mountainous areas, but as they grow larger, they begin to make their way across the different continents of the planet and have made their way into cities and towns. The planet is in ruins and the erosion caused by the moving glaciers as well as massive flooding has made it difficult for life to be sustained on this planet.

Planet Belltopia is currently at high alert level 7. The fast moving continental glaciers are making their way across the planet surface. Police are securing the areas and moving the planet's inhabitants to safety. Footage of 2 survivors Krang and Zana were picked up from a security camera on board a passenger train.

The 2 civilians were rescued and made their way to a local pet store. They thanked the officer Rodgers and decided to name their goldfish after him.

The atmosphere on planet Belltopia is unlike that of Earth's atmosphere or any other planet in Earth's solar system. Belltopia's planet surface consists completely of styrofoam and as a result the summers are much hotter (due to styrofoam's ability to trap heat) and the winters are extremely cold (due to styrofoam's ability to keep things cold).

People on this planet need to stay away from the parts of the planet that receive direct sunlight, but also places that receive too much sunlight. The planet is considered very dangerous and people are more at risk from environmental disasters such as floods and hurricanes due to the water not being able to penetrate the planet's surface.
